Fatehnagar: Local Corporator Pandala Satish Goud on Tuesday inspected the construction of hair-cutting facility in the main graveyard for the Nayee Brahmins, along with the president and general secretary of the Nayee Brahmin organisation.
Later, Goud directed the GHMC Works Inspector Bapi Reddy to take up construction, as suggested by leaders of the organisation. He said about 20 graveyards would be developed in Fatehnagar division with the 'blessings of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and the cooperation of local MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao. The officials concerned have been asked to prepare the estimates for the graveyard development work,' the corporator stated.
Among those who accompanied Goud were the Works Inspector, Nayee Brahmin organisation president Bikshapati, general secretary Ravinder, representatives Durgayya, Sagar Rao, Basvaraj, Ramu and Sandeep.
