Malakpet: Malakpet MLA Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala on Friday distributed Salar Silai (sewing) Machine among beneficiaries at Rasheed Function Hall n Azampura Malakpet. According to Corporator Shaik Mohiuddin Abrar, a total of 150 sewing machines were distributed among women who were undergoing stitching training at 4 training centers in Moosa Nagar, Bahadurkhan Community hall, Khidki Bodhali Shah, Masjid-e-Amir Fatima in Azampura and Akbarbagh divisions.
He also said that there were more than 7-8 centers, where these machines would be distributed in the coming days. "Ahmed Balala will also ensure that these women get job placements," he added. One of the women said that there was no community hall in area but local MLA and Corporator provided a room in Masjid and there these women were undergoing training. "Earlier, we can't even know how to hold the needle and now we became perfect in stitching dresses. Thanks to the AIMIM party and MLA for the training centers and also for sewing machine," she added. Akbarbagh division Corporator Syed Minhajuddin, party leader Shaik Mohiuddin Abrar, Nazima and others were present.
