Warangal: Upset over failing in several subjects, an Intermediate first year student Jamandla Anjali attempted suicide at her residence in Deekshakunta village under Nekkonda mandal in Warangal Rural district on Thursday.
According to reports, Anjali allegedly consumed kerosene mixed with sleeping pills to end her life. She was immediately rushed to government hospital in Narsampet. It's learnt that she is out of danger.
Her parents said that Anjali has been in a disturbed state since she got to know first year results on April 18.
It's learnt that she failed in quite a few subjects.
