Khammam: Hitting out K Chandrashekar Rao-led TRS government, Congress firebrand leader Renuka Chowdhury stated that it was sad to see a government being so apathetic to the deaths of teenage students.
Addressing the media at a press meet at district Congress office in Khammam on Thursday, Renuka expressed her angst at TRS government for failing to properly compensate the families of the dead.
She suggested that the government should provide counselling to every student who fails the Intermediate exam.
She also made some strong remarks about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's campaign.
She said that Modi has stooped to the lowest level possible by insulting an iconic leader like Rajiv Gandhi.
Stating that Rajiv Gandhi was the pioneer who paved way for country's technological progress, she said, "Modi is making these inappropriate statements due to fear of losing the elections."
