'It's time to give back'
It’s time to give back to the society, Pochampally Srinivas Reddy, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) candidate for the Warangal Council seat under Local Bodies Constituency, said, speaking to media persons in Hanamkonda on Tuesday after filing his nomination papers.

"My priority is to involve in the ongoing developmental activity in Warangal," Reddy said, terming Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao as godly figure to him. He also thanked TRS working president KT Rama Rao, Minister for Panchayat Raj Errabelli Dayakar Rao and all the legislators of the erstwhile Warangal district for supporting his candidature for the council election.
He expressed hope that Congress ZPTCs and MPTCs, who are unhappy with the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC)'s move to challenge the Election Commission of India (ECI)'s decision to hold elections to three MLC seats in the Legislative Council from the Local Bodies Constituencies, would also support his candidature. Responding to a query, Reddy said that he has been with the party since its inception and it's TRS leadership that decided to field him for the council poll.
He was accompanied by a galaxy of TRS leaders including Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Mayor Gunda Prakash Rao, MPs Banda Prakash, Pasunuri Dayakar, legislators Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar, Aroori Ramesh, Challa Dharma Reddy, Women Cooperative Finance Corporation Chairperson Gundu Sudharani, Vikalangula Cooperative Corporation chairman K Vasudeva Reddy, Girijan Cooperative Corporation chairman D Mohan Gandhi Naik, Sheep and Meat Development Corporation chairman Kanneboina Rajaiah Yadav and Warangal ZP chairperson G Padma were among others present.
