Jagtial: MLA Dr. Sanjay Kumar distributes vans to beneficiaries

The MLA along with Zilla Parishad chairperson Dhava Vasantha distributed vans worth Rs 8 lakhs for seven beneficiaries of fishermen community on 75 per cent subsidy under IFDC Fisheries Department in Jagtial on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Sanjay Kumar said that the lakes and tanks that were set up 800 years ago were restored for growing fish and prawns and to uplift the fishermen community, who had been neglected by the previous governments. Even the Ministers of other States were amused and appreciating the CM for introducing various types of innovative schemes along with implementing them successfully and for making Telangana State as a role model.
The people of Telangana always will be indebted to CM KCR for his foresight, he added. The MLA appealed the people of fishermen community to utilise the schemes that were introduced for their benefit and develop economically. Radikal ZPTC Jadav Ashwin, MPP Goud Jumbarthi, Shankar and officials of Fisheries department were present along with others.
