K Keshava Rao, Suresh Reddy elected to Rajya Sabha
TRS Parliamentary Party leader K Keshava Rao and senior leader KR Suresh Reddy were declared elected unanimously for the Rajya Sabha.
Hyderabad: TRS Parliamentary Party leader K Keshava Rao and senior leader KR Suresh Reddy were declared elected unanimously for the Rajya Sabha.
Since there were no other candidates in fray except for the two TRS leaders, the returning officer handed over the certificate to Keshava Rao and Suresh Reddy.
Speaking to reporters here, Keshava Rao said that he would fulfil the aspirations of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. He thanked the chief minister for giving another term.
Stating that there was critical situation in the country, Keshava Rao said that the party leaders would follow the instructions of Chief Minister KCR.
Thanking the chief minister for giving the opportunity, Suresh Reddy said that his efforts would be to make people proud with his works.
Suresh Reddy said that this would be a big challenge for him in his life and added that he would raise his voice as per the policies of TRS.
"Rajya Sabha is like keeping an eye on the States and I will work to get good name for the party," said Suresh Reddy.
