Karimnagar: The party activists and leaders must strive hard to win maximum number of seats in upcoming municipal elections and prove the strength of TDP in the district, appealed the TDP city president Kalyadapu Agaiah on Saturday.

A meeting of TDP leaders and workers was held at the party office in Karimnagar. Speaking in the meeting, K Agaiah alleged that in the name of smart city the ruling TRS government is damaging all the roads and is not taking up repairs due to which water -logging is witnessed in many colonies resulting in the spread of seasonal diseases.

The party cadre must explain the people the failures of the TRS government and anti-peoples policies that are adopted by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and his autocratic rule which is trying to suppress the voice of people questioning him.

He said that the leaders must work with perfect planning to win maximum number of seats from 60 divisions under Karimnagar municipal limits in the municipal elections. TDP leaders Venkataiah, Bala Goud, Sathyam, Rajesham, Ravinder, Ahmed, Wazeed, Laxman Rao, Srinivas, Yousuf, Vani, Mallai, Bharathi, Kantaiah, Vineeth, Hussain and Lingamurthy were present.
