Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao condoled the death of CPI senior leader and former MLA Yadagiri Reddy and expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. State Planning commission vice-president Vinod and CPI state council expressed grief over Reddy's death.

Reddy who is the former MLA of Ramannapet constituency of Nalgonda district passed away on Friday at his residence in Hyderabad. He was 91. Gurram Yadagiri Reddy was elected from Ramannapet constituency three times from 1985 to 1994.

The Chief Minister also condoled the death of APPSC's former chairman and former Osmania University vice-chancellor Prof V Ramakrishnaiah. KCR said that Ramakrishnaiah was involved in social work until his last breath. He also conveyed his condolences to the professor's family.
