Khammam Municipal Commissioner J Srinivas Rao has expressed displeasure over few outsourcing staff found making TikTok videos on the office premises.
Khammam: Khammam Municipal Commissioner J Srinivas Rao has expressed displeasure over few outsourcing staff found making TikTok videos on the office premises.
The videos which were doing rounds on social media and telecasted on electronic media have created an uproar. Following which, the municipal official initiated disciplinary action against outsourcing workers involved in making the videos.
It has been said that the outsourcing employees landed in such a trouble due to shooting TikTok videos and chatting during working hours. The videos have went viral on social media in the last two days.
Reacting on the issue on Tuesday, the Commissioner sought explanation from the employees who made the videos. He informed the media that nearly 11 staff members involved in the issue were shifted to other places, and a cut in their wages would be imposed.
Meanwhile, Khammam MP Nama Nageswara Rao also expressed his serious concern over the issue. He told the employees to work hard, maintain good relations with people and earn a good name for the corporation.
