Khammam: Telangana Rashtra Samithi floor leader in Lok Sabha and Khammam MP Nama Nageswara Rao has informed here on Thursday that the Singareni Passenger train has been restored and it would be run from Friday onwards from Bhadrachalam.

On Thursday, he said the train services were restored after a request made to the South Central Railway officials.

The train services of the Singareni Passenger were cancelled several months ago and instead of that, the officials ran a push-pull rain.

As passengers faced many problems travelling in push-pull train, several requests were made to the South Central Railways to resume the services of Singareni Passenger train.

Nama said he had requested the South Central Railways officials for restoration of Singareni Passenger, to which they obliged. The MP, on the occasion, thanked the SCR officials.
