Khammam: Firing salvo at TRS, CLP leader and Congress working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said in the past one year the State government utterly failed to implement the welfare schemes and giving the best governance to the people of Telangana.

He was addressing the media persons at the district party office on Wednesday. Bhatti said due to lack of financial discipline and proper thinking, the state on the brink of bankruptcy. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao gave priority to commission giving schemes like Kalaeswaram, Mission Bhagiratha and Sri Sita Rama Lift Irrigation Project rather than focusing on welfare and development of the State. Unfortunately, KCR's pet project Kaleswaram could not provide water to one acre till now but the government spent lakhs of crores on it.

He said Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao failed to lead the State towards development and made it bankrupt instead. Due to his policies the State's growth rate has come down drastically during the past six years.

Unemployed youth believed that after coming to power TRS and its leader K Chandrasekhar Rao would solve their problems and develop the State in all aspects but their hopes dahsed after seeing his ruling, Bhatti said.

He remembered that K Chandrasekhar Rao assured to provide incentive to unemployed youth, double bedroom houses to all eligible, 3 acres land to Dailts and crop loans waiver but failed to fulfil not even one till now.

He said even Rythu Bandhu scheme funds have not credited to all farmers till now. Due to failure of the Heath department hundreds and thousands of people have died with dengue and viral fevers and there is no vacancy for patients in hospitals, he added.

There is no law and order in the state as a reason rapes and atrocities have been increased on women across the state he said.

Congress district president Puvvalla Durga Prasad, town Congress president M Javed, former MLC Potla Nageswara Rao and other leaders were present on the occasion.
