Listen to petitioners' problems carefully: SP Shashidhar

Nirmal: Superintendent of Police C Shashidhar Raju told the police reception staff to listen to the petitioners' problems carefully. They were also told to take permission from the Station House Officer to lodge a complaint and should immediately enter the petition online.

Speaking at a one-day training programme to the reception staff at District Police Office in Nirmal on Friday, the SP told the staff that they should not send the petitioner to other police stations and should immediately respond to the complaints of girls and women and also must help them. The reception staff were told to inform the cases to the higher officers and to maintain records of every work in the police stations. The SP praised that reception staff of many police stations are maintaining good records.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration) Srinivas Rao, Nirmal Rural Inspector Srinivas Reddy, IT core in-charge SK Murad Ali and reception staff of various police stations in the district were present.
