Maddunur: Dirty gurukul school kitchen angers MPP Laxmi Bai

Maddunur: MPP Waghmare Lakshmi Bai asked Kasturba Gandhi Girls' Gurukul School principal to provide nutritious and clean meals to students residing in the hostel.

MPP Waghmare Lakshmi Bai and MPDO Sriram on Monday visted the Kasturba Gandhi Girls' Gurukul School in Maddunur mandal headquarters. They asked the school principal Vinod to provide quality meals to the students every day. She inspected the kitchen and was outraged as it was not clean.

She asked the principal if you can cook and give that kind of rice to your children to eat?. She asked about the details of the menu: Eggs, vegetables, meat and drinking water, etc.
