Car rams into two-wheeler, drags man for about 6 km in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: In a gruesome incident, a man was dragged for about 6 km and succumbed to serious injuries after being dragged by a cab here at Shamshabad on Wednesday morning. The victim was identified as Yadagiri (40), a native of Chandrayanpalli of Nagarkurnool district.
Getting into details, the overspeeding car rammed into Yadagiri's bike who was dragged for about 6 km. By the time, the driver was alerted, the victim was dead. Fearing of arrest, the driver left the car and fled away from the spot.
Yadagiri is said to have moved to the city 15 years ago and was working as a supervisor in a paper company. The Adibhatla police registered a case and are probing into it. The body of the deceased was sent for an autopsy.
