Zaheerabad: MLA Manik Rao verified the received applications of Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyana Lakshmi and approved them on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Manik Rao said, "Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak scheme was a favour done by KCR for women by giving 1,00,116 rupees so that their marriage expenses should not be a burden for fathers. All candidates who are eligible for the scheme will be able to get the benefit."
