Union Minister of Labour and Employment Santosh Kumar Gangwar said the entire nation is happy with abrogation of Article 370 and 35A.

Warangal: Union Minister of Labour and Employment Santosh Kumar Gangwar said the entire nation is happy with abrogation of Article 370 and 35A. Taking part in the Jan Jagaran Sabha at Hanamkonda on Monday, he said that people in Kashmir also welcomed the BJP government's decision to scrap Article 370 and 35A.

Gangwar said the BJP government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has so far taken several bold decisions for upholding the nationalism besides taking tough measures for national security. Referring to the words of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee 'ek desh me do vidan – do pradan nahi chelega,' he said that BJP government had never compromised on the issue.

Stating that nation is safe in the hands of Modi, he said that people started to believe in BJP that it alone can provide stable government at the Centre. He appealed to party worker to work towards realising the dreams of the people. Warangal Urban and Rural districts' party presidents Rao Padma Reddy and Edla Ashok Reddy accompanied the Minister.

Gangwar met several persons in Warangal including former KU vice chancellor V Gopal Reddy, chamber of commerce president D Kumaraswamy, author Rama Chandramouli, Rohini Hospital chairman Dr Sudhakar Reddy as part of the Sampark Abhiyan and discussed the central government policies decisions with them.

State general secretary G Premender Reddy, State vice president T Rajeshwar Rao, former MLA M Dharma Rao, Kondeti Sridhar, Rao Padma and Ashok Reddy submitted a memorandum to the Minister to punish the guilty in the ESI scam which was brought to light recently.
