The West Zone BanjaraHills police has filed charge sheet in the murder case of NRI Industrialist Chigurupati Jayaram revealing shocking facts.

They have named 12 members as accused including Rakesh Reddy as main accused and Vishal as A 2 in the 23 pages charge sheet filed by them.

They have also named three police officials namely ACP Ibrahimpatnam S Malla Reddy, Inspectors Srinivasulu and Rambabu in the accused list and said on their advice only, the prime accused shifted the body of Jayaram to Nandigama police station limits and tried to create it as an accident.They said they have enquired 73 witnesses in the case and named Shikha Chowdary as 11th witness.

They said that through honey trap they house arrested Jayaram and tortured, threatened him to pay the amount of Rs 4.5 crore. In the presence of TDP leader B N Reddy they took the signatures of Jayaram on bond papers. Later they tortured him to pay the amount on the spot by arranging it from others.

They took the photos and videos of Jayaram while torturing him. Police recovered 11 videos and 13 photos from their mobiles. They further said that Jayaram offered Rakesh Reddy that he will pay Rs 50 lakh every month and pleaded Rakesh Reddy to shift him to hospital immediately as he was getting severe chest pain. But they killed him by pressing with a pillow on his face till he dies with suffocation.
