Officials asked to preserve greenery

Sangareddy: District Collector M Hanumantha Rao on Wednesday directed the officials to see that greenery in all panchayats is preserved. He said there was a good response from the programmes organised in 647 panchayats under 'Palle Pragathi'.
The Collector reviewed the status of works done under the scheme, here on Wednesday. He told the officials to complete the works which are under progress and commence the works immediately where they were yet to be started.
District rural development officer Srinivasulu, panchayat officer venkateshwarlu and other officials were also present.
