With the heavy downpour, roads in the city inundated with rainwater causing massive traffic snarls on Friday. The rains battered the roads at Charminar, Koti, Panjagutta, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Hitec City, Kukatpally and Miyapur leading to the slow traffic movement.
The state will receive incessant rainfall over the next two days, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) due to the low pressure that could be developed over the Bay of Bengal tomorrow.
