Police lathicharge Janasena activists for protesting against TSBIE
A group of activists surrounded the Intermediate board office, demanding for justice, for which they had been lathicharged by police
HYDERABAD: Janasena party activists had called for a protest against the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) for the errors and blunders committed by them. On Monday morning, the police had lathicharged them for calling the protest.
A group of activists tried to encircle the Intermediate board office. The Janasena workers were stopped by the police, but they refused to go back. When the situation got out of hand, police lathicharged the protesters in the process of arresting them.
The incharge of Janasena (Telangana), Shanker Goud, denounced the attack of police on the activists. He proclaimed that they will not be afraid of such lathicharges and declared that it will not stop their agitation, until the Intermediate board serves justice to the students.
