The NCC Annual Republic Day camp was conducted from January 1 to January 30 in Delhi. A contingent of 121 cadets and 10 horses from the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana NCC Directorate participated in the event.
Raj Bhavan: The NCC Annual Republic Day camp was conducted from January 1 to January 30 in Delhi. A contingent of 121 cadets and 10 horses from the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana NCC Directorate participated in the event.
Competitions were conducted for the participants in various activities like drill, firing, ship modelling, aero modelling, equestrian events, best cadet, cultural events. The AP-TS Directorate secured the 5th position overall from amongst 17 Directorates. An 'At Home' function was organised at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday to felicitate the cadets. Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan graced the occasion. She witnessed a dance programme and conveyed her appreciation to the cadets and their trainers.
