Ramagundam Kendriya Vidyalayam student bags silver medal in national Karate tourney

Karimnagar: Victory Shotokan Karate Association of India held its fourth national open Karate championship competitions in Hyderabad for two days - on September 15 and 16. About 2,000 karate students from eight States across the country had competed in this competition.

Varshitha, student of NTPC Kendriya Vidyalayam in Ramagundam has won silver medal in the senior section in this competition.

The students of Victory Shotokan Institute, Ramagundam, has won 30 medals and two grand championships in the junior category, said senior chief-instructor Vaddepalli Suresh.
