In an unfortunate incident, a wedding bus got stuck in flood water under the Mominpet railway over bridge at Mominpet on Monday night.
Rangareddy: In an unfortunate incident, a wedding bus got stuck in flood water under the Mominpet railway over bridge at Mominpet on Monday night. The bus was trapped in the floodwaters as the flow gradually rised due to heavy rains.
According to the sources, an extreme level of flood danger was announced at the railway underground bridge when a Private wedding bus was stuck in water. The bus was unable to move forward.
The Police with the help of locals pulled out the passengers from the bus unharmed. The local people said that the bridge has been under construction for three years now and the officials are has not taken any precaution measures till date. The construction of an underground bridge in the area has been causing difficulties for motorists to cross the railway gate, they added.
