School sunshade falls off on holiday

Parigi: 'Thank God,' exclaimed the parents of students at primary school at Arjanawada, as the sunshade at the school collapsed due to incessant rains on Monday, which was luckily a holiday on account of Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

The old school building had reached a dilapidated stage. No official cared though the matter was taken to them several times. What would have happened if the accident happed on a working day, asked one of the parents. The parents appealed that the government construct a new building for the school at the earliest.
