The celestial wedding of Godadevi and Ranganatha Swamy was organised on a grand note at Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple, here on Tuesday. The celebrations commenced from the noon and went on till the evening.

The idols of presiding deities have been decorated with silk clothes and Tulasi garlands and have been taken on procession. More than 108 couples performed special pooja on the occasion. Later, theertha prasadam was distributed.
Temple EO Vishwanath Sharma, Chairman Nagesh Vishnu, priests, staff, members of Vikasa Tarangini and devotees in large numbers were present.
