Warangal: SR Engineering College (SREC) has organised TEDx SREC 2019, with the theme 'Break Out' on its campus here on Saturday. The TEDx SREC is a self-organised event, licensed from TED International that brings people together to share their valuable experiences in multiple disciplines.

The theme of the event connotes break-out your inhibitions, misconceptions and assumptions to explore your talents. Principal Dr V Mahesh said that experts from varied fields would share the inputs and insights on contemporary areas of interests.

Dr Archana Reddy stated that participators in such events like Tedx, will help students know about new endeavours in various streams. Airytails Founder & CEO J S Aswini talked about how life always flashes signal at you and how important for us it is to differentiate noise & signal and act upon the signals at night time.

Corporate Game Master and Team Building Expert J J Prasad Babu spoke about the secret to success. Senior data scientist Amarnath Reddy Kallam explained the digital skills gap, employment and opportunities.

Psychologist Sudheer Sandra spoke about why do people feel stuck in their lives, and how to overcome these mental barriers. Entrepreneur and travel enthusiast Harleen Sing, backpackers and city freaks founder B Raj Kiran and creative designer, founder 8 fx Karan Shah dwelt at length about success and failures faced in one's life.

"It's good to fail and it's good to have fears. Failures lead you to right path and fears lead you to achieving your goal. At the end every success story starts with a dream. So dream big," Karan Shah said.

Aikaarth founder Pooja Agarwal, India CEO 5th element Pratik Gouri, singer (Runner up, Indian Idol) PVNS Rohith and ViVa Constructions managing partner Viviya Reddy also spoke.
