Telangana govt. issues order to promote SSC students
The Telangana government has issued an order to promote all the SSC students studying under various managements during the academic year 2019-2020 considering their internal assessment marks.
The Telangana government has issued an order to promote all the SSC students studying under various managements during the academic year 2019-2020 considering their internal assessment marks.
As per the government's order, the internal assessment marks (four assessment tests) will be increased for 20 per cent to 100 per cent marks and a grade will be given to the students based on the marks. After the government announced the promotion of SSC students, the colleges have uploaded internal assessment marks obtained by the students based on the four assessment tests on the Directorate of Government Examinations website.
As the internal marks are made available on the website, the declaration of grading points for the SSC students studying under various managements is to be made yet. However, the government has already notified the Commissioner of School Education and Director of Government Examinations to initiate further plan in the matter.
It may be notified that the state government has directed the secondary school board to promote all the SSC students in the view of COVID-19 situation prevailing in the state.
