Hyderabad: The Met department on Monday warned of thunderstorms with lightning lashing very likely at isolated places over Telangana on November 25, 26 and 27. It said heavy rain forecast at isolated places in the State. Extremely heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places on November 26, the forecast stated.
According to the bulletin, the rain in likely because of Sunday's low pressure area over the south-west and adjoining south-east Bay of Bengal concentrated into a depression at 2.30 am on November 23. Meanwhile, the night temperatures registered a marked fall by 4.1 degrees Celsius or less at one or two places across Telangana during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Monday. They fell appreciably ranging from 2.1 to 4 deg C in some parts of the State.
