Over 150 students pursing graduation in Tribal Welfare Residential College of Suryapet district along with their lecturers and principal took part in transplanting paddy at an agriculture field located adjacent to the College on the outskirts of Akupamula village of Munagala mandal in the district on Friday.

Suryapet: Over 150 students pursing graduation in Tribal Welfare Residential College of Suryapet district along with their lecturers and principal took part in transplanting paddy at an agriculture field located adjacent to the College on the outskirts of Akupamula village of Munagala mandal in the district on Friday.

College Principal Nageshwar Rao informed that as a part of creating awareness among the students about professionalism and dignity of labour, the paddy transplantation was carried out in two acres agriculture field of farmer Narsimha Rao.

He informed that as per the aspirations of Telangana Gurukul Colleges State secretary RS Praveen Kumar, various field trips have been planned out for students to help them enhance their knowledge in all subjects.
