Speaking at a programme conducted by the police at district headquarter on Monday as part of Police Commemoration Week celebrations, the SP thanked the students and the people for making the week-long celebrations a grand success.
Police Commemoration Day is observed on October 21 every year, the SP added, explaining the day's importance during the programme.
Joint Collector K Venkateswarlu, Additional SPs Uday Kumar Reddy and B Krishnaiah, Commandant K Subramanyam, Deputy Superintendent of Police Kothagudem Sub-Division SM Ali, Assistant Commandants Narasimha Swamy, M Raju, M Srinivas Rao, Circle Inspectors and Sub Inspectors attended the programme.
