TRS leader Naveen Rao has been elected as MLA unanimously. He has received the winning declaration certificate from the assembly secretary today.
Ministers Mallareddy, Mahmood Ali, Talasani Srinivas Yadav congratulated Naveen Rao. The MLC seat under MLA quota was vacant due to the resignation of Mynampally Hanumantha Rao, who won as MLA in the last assembly election.
Two nominations were received for the MLA post of which one was rejected and Naveen elected for the seat unanimously.
