Ameenpur: Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav asserted here on Sunday that the State government was giving priority to the welfare of the Kuruma community to ensure that they progress economically. Speaking at the State Kuruma Sangham's Deepavali celebrations, Yadav remarked that if the community was united it could achieve anything.
Andhra Pradesh Minister Shankar Narayan, Hindupur MP Gorantla Madhav, Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy, Kuruma Sangham state president Mallesham, MLC, state leader Vaggu Chandrasekhar, were among those present.
Members of PM Foundation made all arrangements for the benefit of Kuruma community members attending the celebrations. Earlier, the guests had 'darshan' of Mallikarjuna Swamy.
