Company officials, engineers and staff have been asked to review accidents over the last one year, lessons learnt from them and steps taken to avoid such accidents from occurring again, as part of the programme.
A series of seminars, workshops and other training classes for all O&M staff, artisans will be organized from Circle to Section levels.
Raghuma Reddy also asked the company's senior officials to involve local public representatives, voluntary organisations, officials of labour welfare, ESI/EPF and Fire Department to get their opinions for improving safety measures. He also directed for speedy settlement of pending compensation or ex-gratia.
