Yadadri temple earns `99.57 cr
The Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadagirigutta earned an annual income of Rs 99.57 crores from various sources during the financial year of 2018-2019.
Yadadri: The Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadagirigutta earned an annual income of Rs 99.57 crores from various sources during the financial year of 2018-2019.
The income was increased by Rs 5.6 crores compared to the annual income of the 2017-18 financial year, which was Rs 93.96 crores; and the temple annual income during 2013-14 was Rs 63 crores.
According to official sources, the temple got Rs 2.06 crores from daily rents, Rs 12.52 crores from hundi collection, Rs 3.39 crores through Satyanarayana Vratham, Rs 8.16 lakhs from the sale of Rs 25 tickets for Sheegra Darshanam, Rs 1.79 crores from the sale of Rs 100 tickets for Athi Sheegra Darshanam, Rs 4.53 crores through Rs 150 VIP darshanam, Rs 3.23 crores from Arjitha Seva, Rs 1.75 crores through the sale of human hair, Rs 18.92 crores from the sales of Prasadam and Rs 51.27 crores from other income sources.
