Zaheerabad: Minister T Harish Rao laid foundation for the proposed works of CC roads, drainage with a budget of Rs 5.27 crore here on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, the minister said schemes like Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak were being implemented in Telangana only.
