Visakhapatnam: In order to improve work culture in various divisions, the Railway Board had selected and sent 25 divisional railway managers (DRMs) including DRM of Waltair Division Chetan Kumar Shrivastava for 10 days to attend advanced training course at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy.

Chetan Kumar Shrivastava further added, "The prime focus of this training programme was on leadership and customer management. The DRM executive leadership programme is designed to maximise learning through class activities to benefit railway officials of the DRM ranks and to give impetus to various railway development plans in the country."
