3Lakhs sanctioned for a liver patient in Visakhapatnam
MP M V V Satyanarayana gave a letter of credit for Rs 3 lakh towards liver transplantation of G Srinivasa Rao, a resident of Srinivasa Nagar, Akkayyapalem.
Visakhapatnam: MP M V V Satyanarayana gave a letter of credit for Rs 3 lakh towards liver transplantation of G Srinivasa Rao, a resident of Srinivasa Nagar, Akkayyapalem. He handed over the cheque at the party office here on Monday to Srinvasa Rao.
The amount has been sanctioned from Prime Minister's National Relief Fund towards compensation for patient. Speaking on the occasion, the MP said that those struggling for life in his parliamentary constituency will be reached out.
Srinivasa Rao extended his thanks to the MP for sanctioning the amount through the letter of credit.
Meanwhile, he also inaugurated Classes VIII to X at Shanthi Gurukula Patashala, Shanti Ashram at Lawson's Bay Colony.
He was accompanied by VMRDA Chairman Dronamraju Srinvasa Rao and Pydah Krishna Prasad of Pydah Group of Educational Institutions.
