8 from AP, 7 from TS likely on TTD board
The state government is understood to have finalised the list of board members of Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams.
Amaravati: The state government is understood to have finalised the list of board members of Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams.
The list includes eight from Andhra Pradesh, seven from Telangana, four from Tamil Nadu, one from Delhi, three from Karnataka and another one from Maharashtra, according to sources.
Members include V Prasanthi, UV Ramana Murthy (MLA), Mallikharjuna Reddy (MLA), Nadendla Subba Rao, DP Aantha, Chippagiri Prasad Kumar and K Parthasarathy (MLAs) from Andhra Pradesh.
Leaders, including Jupally Rameswara Rao, B Parthasarathi Reddy, U Venkata Bhaskara Rao, Mooramsetti Ramulu, D Damodar Rao, K Siva Kumar and Putta Pratapa Reddy from Telangana are likely to be the members on the Board.
The other members are Krishnamurthy Vaidyanathan, S Srinivasan, Dr Nichitha Muttavarapu and Kumaraguru (MLA) from Tamil Nadu, MS Shiva Shankaran from New Delhi, Ramesh Shetty, Sampath Ravi Narayana and Sudha Narayana Murthy from Karnataka and Rajesh Sharma from Maharashtra.
In addition to these members, the government also appointed four members as Ex-Officio members in the Board, including TUDA Chairman, SPL CS, Commissioner Endowments and Executive Officer of TTD.
