A Total Of 1,160 Coronavirus Positive Cases Get Listed In Andhra Pradesh In Last 24 Hours

Andhra Pradesh on Saturday registered 1,160 coronavirus positive cases and 1,765 recoveries in the last 24 hours. While the total confirmed cases in the state went up to 8,61,092 the recoveries touched 8,36,500. With the death of 7 persons on Saturday, the death toll reached 6,927 and the active cases in the state are 14,770.

Around 68,307 samples were tested by the Andhra Pradesh Government in the last 24 hours out of which 1,160 turned positive. So far, 95,43,177 tests have been conducted by the Government. Out of 1,160 positive cases in the last 24 hours, Anantapur 43, Chittoor 148, East Godavari 165, Guntur 121, Kadapa 70, Krishna 189, Kurnool 23, Nellore 60, Prakasam 66, Srikakulam 46, Vishakhapatnam 67, Vizianagaram 42 and West Godavari 120 Covid-19 positive cases came into existence.

With this media bulletin, we can know that a total of 7 people died fighting of Covid-19 pandemic in the last 24 hours. Chittor – 2, Anantapur – 1, East Godavari – 1, Guntur – 1, Kadapa – 1 and Krishna – 1.

Compared to last month, Andhra Pradesh is listing only a few Covid-19 cases this month. But people should stay safe as India is now facing the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic and the capital Delhi is facing the circumstances listing thousands of cases daily.
