Kadapa: On the charges of having disproportionate properties, the ACB officials have conducted raids on the house of P Subbaiah located at buddaya palli area in Proddatur town on Tuesday. The accused was working as assistant engineer in panchayath Raj department in Mylavaram.

According to the ACB DSP Nagabushanam, 570 grams of gold, 1.60 kgs silver, 10 house sites in the name of accused wife, 3 houses, 2 house sites, 1 car and motorcycle in the name of accused total worth about 2.5 crores worth properties were recovered during the raids.

The DSP said raids were continuing at 5 places on the houses of A.E relatives at several places. ACB circle inspectors from Kurnool, Kadapa district participated in the raids.
