Adventure enthusiasts participate in Friendship Day Trek in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: Team Treksome has organised a 'Special Friendship Day Trek' here on Sunday. Adventure enthusiasts from the city assembled at Kala Bhairava Swamy Temple, Hanumantawaka by 5.30 am.
The journey stared off with a warmup session and the participants were given instructions before they were ready for the trek. Around 50 people participated and wandered around picturesque scenaries, tall anthills, wildflowers, which excited the team. They trekked 1.2 km passing through thorny bushes, beautiful landscape.
Once they reached the summit, they were extremely happy. They clicked pictures and admired the nature. After reaching the destination the trekkers celebrated Friendship Day by cutting a cake. The participants have trekked a total distance of 7.2 kms in the forest area till they reach Dabbanda village.
