All India' Banjara Seva Sangh demanded the immediate withdrawal of the State Government's proposed resolution to include other castes in the ST (Scheduled Tribe) list. We believe this resolution will undermine the representation and rights of the Banjara community.

In addition to this demand, they have several other demands that AIBSS would like to bring to the attention of the authorities:

1. We urge the establishment of a special trust to protect the property of Sri Hathiram Bawaji Math, which is of immense value.

2. We request the state government to officially recognize Sevalal Maharaj Jayanti as a state government festival and declare it a holiday. We want to celebrate this important occasion under the auspices of the government.

3. The proposed resolution to include other castes in the ST list should be immediately withdrawn. We believe this will prevent injustice and preserve the rights of the Banjara community.

4. We highlight the issue of Kadiri and Machar assembly constituencies, which were originally allotted to STs but are now given to other upper castes. This injustice needs to be rectified, and the Banjara (Sugalis) caste should be given the opportunity for representation in Legislative Assembly, Legislative Council, Rajya Sabha, or Lok Sabha.

5. We demand the immediate filling of ST backlog posts in various universities and government departments.

6. ST employees should be promoted based on Consequential Seniority in promotions.

7. In promotions, the "Inadequacy of STs" should be filled as soon as the post becomes vacant without waiting for the roster point.

8. We urge the government to support Banjaras who have taken loans for higher education by talking to bankers and facilitating bank loans with government guarantees.

9. The tribal sub plan should be effectively utilized for the development of plains tribals and assistance in the development of Tandas.

10. We oppose the program of giving pattas (land titles) to lands beyond 5 km from the end of the municipality and demand the implementation of the old system. We request the government to provide assignment pattas to all Banjaras who do not own land.

11. Free housing should be provided to all poor Sugalis.

12. We protest against the non-conversion of Tribal Thandas with a population of more than 500 STs into Panchayats solely due to their lack of 100% ST population. We demand that all Tribal Thandas with a population of more than 500 be recognized as separate Panchayats.

13. We request the establishment of a Thanda Development Corporation, similar to the one in Karnataka, to provide basic infrastructure such as roads, drinking water, education, medical facilities, and cell phone towers in all Thandas.

14. We demand the construction of Banjara Bhavan in every district center.

15. We raise the issue of Dr. Doraswami Naik, an Associate Professor at JNTU Kakinada, not being given the designation of professor despite fulfilling all qualifications. We demand that Dr. Doraswami Naik be immediately given the designation of professor and action be taken against the officials causing trouble.

These demands encompass various urgent matters that need attention and resolution. We, the All India Banjara Seva Sangh, stand united in our pursuit of justice and equal representation for the Banjara community.
