Amaravati: After achieving the historical victory in AP 2019 elections results on Thursday, the YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to swear in as new Chief Minister in Vijayawada on 30 May.

The security has been tightened up at YS Jagan residence cum party office at Tadepalli. After the victory of YSRCP, the rush of the party leaders and activists have increased at YS Jagan's house. With this, the police top officials have issued alert notice.

The AP Police Department has appointed Amarlapudi Joshi as the chief security officer to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. At present, Joshi is handling key position in AP security wing.

The AP Intelligence chief Kumar Vishwajeet and Guntur IG Rajiv Kumar Meena are monitoring security-related issues. The strong security arrangments were done at YS Jagan's residence, party office and at the surrounding areas.
