Anantapur: Two trains 06223 Shivamogga-Renigunta express and 06224 Renigunta-Shivamogga express have been cancelled due to poor patronage by people following the coronavirus scare.

The Railway authorities informed that several other trains were also either cancelled or partially diverted due to Yard modelling work at Baiyyappanahalli of Bengaluru division in South Western Railway.

The Bengaluru Cantonment-Dharmavaram and the Dharmavaram-Bengaluru cantonment trains with numbers 06521 and 06522 were also cancelled until April 4, 2020.

The trains partly cancelled include 11301, Mumbai CST-Bengaluru has been cancelled on March 29 and 30 between Yelahanka and Bengaluru. 11302 Bengaluru-Mumbai CST on March 30 and 31 between Bengaluru and Yelahanka. 18463 Bhubaneshwar-Bengaluru is partially cancelled on March 30 between Hindupur-Bengaluru and 18464 Bengaluru-Bhubaneshwar on March 31 between Bengaluru-Hindupur. Also 12246 Yesvanthpur-Howrah is diverted during March 20, 29 and 30, between Lottegollahalle, Yelahanka, Channasandra and Krishnarajapuram. Similarly, the 12253 Yeshvanthpur-Bhagalpur on March 21 and 28 diverted through stations Lottegollahalli, Yelahanka, Channasandra and Krishnarajapuram. Also the 12245 Howrah-Yeshvanthpur is diverted to Krishnarajapuram, Channasandra and Yelahanka during March 25 and 28. Train number 12540 Lucknow-Yeshvantpur is diverted on March 27 through Krishnarajapuram, Channasandra and Yelahanka. Train number 12551 Yeshvantpur-Kamakhya on March 28 is diverted through Lottegollahalli, Yelahanka and hennasandra.
