Addressing newsmen here on Saturday, the Secretary said that this would help to get feedback from different stakeholders like beneficiaries to further consolidate the efforts, devise future action plan and thereby set the stage for a healthy and competitive Andhra Pradesh.

He said that these initiatives which are essentially the components of the Navaratnalu programme that cut across sectors of farming, education, health, welfare and other sectors, need to be given new dimension to properly set the tone.

These brainstorming sessions will be conducted both at State and District level. State level sessions will be chaired by the Chief Minister in the forenoon session and District In-charge Minister will chair the district-level sessions in the afternoon. The main purpose of the afternoon session is that the Chief Minister will get to hear directly from the beneficiaries. Vijaykumar said that on May 25, the brainstorming session would be on governance and welfare, on May 26 on agriculture and allied activities, on May 27 on Education, on May 28 industries and infrastructure and on May 29 on health.
