Ever since YS Jaganmohan Reddy taking over as chief minister, the promises given during the election are being met. CM, who has already fulfilled the pledges given to various groups, has now given a good news to lawyers. The lawyers will be paid a stipend of Rs 5,000 per month. To this extent, the government has issued a policy and procedures for the development of the project.

The state government is giving a stipend to the Lawyers, named the YSR Law Nestam. The scheme is set to launch on December 3rd during National Lawyers Day. The scheme will be rolled out by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. The government will provide financial assistance of Rs. 5000 to lawyers.

Government policy and procedures are as follows.

* Eligible candidates should apply through the website.

* Birth certificate along with law degree should be uploaded.

* The affidavit should be uploaded as registered with the Bar Council with the verification of senior counsel.

* Include the Aadhaar number along with the application.

* The applicant should report the specified bank account details.

* Senior lawyers with 15 years of practice experience, active in practice with certification from the Bar Association

* Junior Advocates must submit an affidavit every six months.

* Only one member of the family is eligible for the scheme.

* Everyone applying must have Aadhaar card.

* At the time of issue of the bio, the junior lawyer must be under the age of 35 years.

* Four-wheeler in the name of the junior lawyer is disqualified

* Non-practicing lawyers are ineligible

* To apply to YSR Law Nestam, you must have a Law Graduation Degree.

* Law Graduation must be completed

* The name of the applicant must be registered on the Rolls under Section 17 Advocacy Act 1961 of the State Bar Council.

* The first three years of practice registration on the roll is considered in terms of section 22 of the Advocacy Act 1961.

* Junior lawyers will be eligible for a stipend for the remaining three years unless the first three years of commencement of practice is completed.

* If the lawyer has quit his job or got another job .. he should inform the relevant authorities.

* After registering as a lawyer in the Bar Council, their certificates must be kept in the Bar Council for two years.
