Speaker Tammineni Sitaram agreed to discuss the AP Electricity Duty Amendment (AP Electricity Duty Amendment) Bill. With this, Minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy started the discussion and the bill was passed by the house after the minister's speech. Then came the debate over the Disha law. On the other hand, according to proceedings, there will be a short debate in the legislature on cash transfers and coronavirus containment. Meanwhile, Chandrababu, TDP MLAs and MLCs came to the assembly to prevent attacks on media, BC, SC, ST and minority communities. About 9 bills will be debated in the Legislative Council today. The Legislative Council will discuss Polavaram, employee welfare and law and order issues.

On the other hand, amendments have been made to the Disha law made in the past and tabled in the house on Thursday. Home Minister Mekathoti Sucharita addressed the house and said that Disha Law has brought in to prevent attacks on women and children. She said 18 Disha police stations have been set up across the state and a DSP level officer has been appointed to expedite the investigation. "Forensic labs have been set up in Tirupati, Mangalagiri and Visakhapatnam; Disha Law has received 4 awards nationally and we are confident that speedy justice will be done to the victims with the law," minister said. It was revealed that 3 cases were executed after the Disha Act came into force. The house had passed the Disha Amendment Bill after the Minister's speech.

Meanwhile, TDP members created chaos in the House during the passage of the Disha Act Amendment Bill. They obstructed the proceedings of the house, insisting on giving them a chance to speek. The speaker explained that it was against the tradition of the house to seek an opportunity to speak without sending the list whoever wants to speaks. Ministers Buggana Rajendranath and Adimulapu Suresh blamed the TDP members. Deputy Chief Minister Dharmana Krishna Das introduced the Land Titling Bill in the Legislative Assembly amidst the slogans of TDP members.
