Arrangements reviewed for DAO examination
Revenue Divisional Officer (In-charge) Chakrapani said that all arrangements have been done for the smooth conduct of Divisional Accounts Officer examination which will be held on July 7.
Vijayawada: Revenue Divisional Officer (In-charge) Chakrapani said that all arrangements have been done for the smooth conduct of Divisional Accounts Officer examination which will be held on July 7. A meeting was organised on the arrangements of the examination at Sub-Collector's office with the Liaison and Assistant Liaison Chief Superintendents, Police, DM&HO and Electricity officials on Friday.
Chakrapani said that as many as 3,985 candidates would attend the examination and seven examination centres were arranged. He said that the examination will be held between 10 am and 12:30 pm and candidates should reach the centres at 9:30 am.
He said that they have identified three routes to distribute the examination material and informed that 3 liaison officers, 7 assistant liaison officers, 7 chief superintendents would monitor the examination at all the centres.
He ordered the concerned officers to arrange drinking water, furniture, lighting, and toilet facilities at the examination centres. He also informed that the candidates should bring any original photo identity along with the hall-ticket. He said that they can carry a Passport, Pan
Card, Other ID like Aaddhaar Card, or Driving license as photo identity proof. He ordered the electricity departmental officials to maintain continuous electricity supply without interruption during the examination time.
