Book released on 64th Railway Week celebrations in Visakhapatnam
The 64th Railway Week celebrations of the East Coast Railway, Waltair Division, got off to a colourful start here on Friday. Celebrated annually to commemorate the chugging off of the first train in 1853, the event saw a good turnout.

Divisional Railway Manager Chetan Kumar Shrivastava presented merit certificates and cash awards to 165 railway employees for their outstanding performances during 2018-19. "With the committed work force, the Waltair Division will achieve remarkable performance, overcoming the hurdles," the DRM said.
Waltair Division received nine efficiency shields for commercial, mechanical, security, among others and bagged the Best Small Clean Station and the Sports Shield as well.
A book 'Bhanwar Nala Bebbuli' written by V Chinna Venkata Chayanulu in Telugu was released on the occasion.
